Privacy Policy
What We Collect
When you submit a photo through this tool, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and the photo you upload. We also collect the photo destination and any optional fields you provide (alt text, subject name, subject title, notes).
How We Use It
Your photo is processed (cropped, resized, and optimized) for use on your organization's website or marketing materials as directed. Your contact information is used solely to associate the submission with your organization and to notify JustWorks staff of the new submission.
Data Retention
Uploaded photos and associated metadata are retained for up to 90 days on our servers, after which they are automatically deleted. Processed photos delivered to your website are managed by your organization's hosting provider.
Who Has Access
Only authorized JustWorks Consulting staff have access to submitted photos and contact information. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.
Security
All submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We strip EXIF metadata from uploaded photos to protect your privacy. Access to the submission tool is controlled via signed, time-limited links.
